William (Bill) Willard was born on a farm not far from Elora Ontario. In the early 70’s, William moved to Toronto as an apprentice chef and attended George Brown College. He spent the next few years in the hospitality and retail management and promotional sales. In 1976, William started helping Ontario families with important financial decisions when he became a Life insurance agent for Transamerica Occidental Life’s Toronto Office.

In the late, 80's William began a 16 year career in the motion picture, television documentary and corporate video production business; over 10 of which he was the owner of his own independent production companies.

In 2006, William returned to his roots and moved back to his childhood home of Elora in search of a simpler life and to help his aging parents. The process ignited a fascination with investing in real estate in William and he decided to get his real estate license and start working primarily in the Elora, Guelph and Kitchener Waterloo area.
